iPhone 14 FaceTime and fingerprint recognition not working after iOS 26.1 update

I have an iPhone 14 and My facetime and fingerprint recognition has not worked since the most recent update iOS 26.1

I read previous questions that were the same but they were from 2023 and didn't help. How can this be fixed back to normal?
