Beats Solo Pro won't enter pairing mode or reset

I have a pair of Beats Solo Pros, but they won't go into pairing mode or reset. They are still connected to my phone, so I know they still work, but I'm trying to pair them to my computer. The light won't blink when I hold it. Even when I try to reset with the noise cancellation button and the volume down, nothing happens. I even tried plugging them into my computer directly, but nothing happens still.

Your Beats Solo Pro are likely stuck in a state where they stay connected to your phone and ignore pairing/reset commands. Try forgetting them from all devices, closing/reopening them, charging, performing the reset correctly, and checking iCloud sync. If the LED never flashes, the internal controller or LED may have failed — and Apple may need to service/replace them.
