Unable to use FaceTime reaction gestures on iPhone 14 Pro

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and have updated to IOS 18.72. In FaceTime, I'm unable to do FaceTime reaction gestures. When I pull down the Control Center, it only shows the Audio and not Video options. See photo attached. What can I do to fix this?
