Smart STB & AppleTV Siri Remote

Resolved using Siri remote on Smart STB App Menus on AppleTV 4K

The Siri remote does not have colored buttons and therefore, no obvious way to access the lower SmartSTB menu on the AppleTV interface. These are normally accessed by using 1 of the 4 colored buttons found on conventional TV remotes. I had no issues with this app on my SmartTV until I decided to move the subscribed app to my AppleTV box and make it more portable.

The 4 Menu items are:

-View

-Sort

-Favorites

-Find

To access this menu when on a channel or videoclub list, you must press and hold the Touchpad (gen1) or enter button (Gen2,3) for about a second. The cursor will highlight one of the Menu options in one of the original 4 colors.

Red, Green, Yellow, Blue.

Then you can scrub left or right through the 4 menu selections and use as per normal using the virtual keyboard or the iPhone AppleTV remote control application.

I hope this helps anyone as I struggled before stumbling on the resolution.
