Charged 3 times for appleTV

I was charged three times for Apple TV. I requested a refund and explained that I was charged three times. They canceled my Apple TV and refunded one of the charges


so now I’ve paid twice for Apple TV and I have no Apple TV what is going on please help.

  1. Apple charges are described in (bank/cc) statements as for Apple, without identifying the product or service. No way to tell from there if a charge is for Apple TV or something different from Apple. Get help with charges from apple.com/bill - Apple Support
  2. The purchase history for your Apple Account would list the specifics for each charge. Please cross-reference there for more details on each charge.
  3. One Apple Account can have just one instance of any specific subscription, not three. Multiple charges for a single service on one account should be prevented automatically. See your subscriptions overview - Apple
  4. If other people have access to your payment method, then they might use that on a different Apple Account.
  5. If you received a message about a charge, then that is not the charge itself. It might even be a phishing attempt. Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
