iPhone SE password manager shows Android sources

hello fellow apple users,

I DESPERATELY NEED HELP. I am about as far from “tech savvy” as one can be. But even I recognize something is bad wrong. I am attaching a photo of the problem. This is an iPhone SE (older I know) but I have never had a android device. Ever. So please help me know what is happening and what to do about it. My password manager has been overtaken by some various android sources is what it appears. But what does that “actually” mean? I think I may be a victim of phishing? Not sure. But In any case this is scary so Please be kind to me. As I first stated, I don’t know that much about technology, and I wish I was smarter but that’s why I’m coming here. Any and all suggestions and help is much appreciated!

the bottom one says comenity.net and all of the above used to be various websites I’d saved my info for, but now all this bizarre android junk has taken over a vast majority. I did obviously black out any identifying info but still I think someone here can look at this and help me to see what this means truly happened. Thanks again.
