Continuity Camera not starting on Mac

I couldn't start Continuity Camera on my Mac Mini, even though the feature is turned on on my iPhone. Both have the latest OS 26 installed and are using the same Apple ID. I can mirror iPhone, access Photos, and even access SMS/iMessages. They are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and Bluetooth is enabled. I saw an answer 'iPhone continuity camera not working - Apple Community'. This didn't help either.
