Sorry, but I see nothing in that video that shows your phone was compromised at all. Don't know what company you are communicating with that is supposedly resolving a problem, but you do not want to give them your Apple Account password or download and allow them access to your iPhone through remote sharing software such as Zoom (or any other similar tool). That is not a hack or Malware, it is simply allowing someone to view your screen that you should not. That type of software is legitimate, but can certainly be used for nefarious purposes. Not a hack or malware though.

Also review in Settings the apps you have allowed to send Notifications that appear on your screen, and turn off any third party apps. AirDrop is only possible from another device within Bluetooth range (about 30 ft), and you cannot AirDrop over the internet.

When in doubt you always have the option to Factory Reset your Mac. Make sure you have a backup and you would want to manually restore applications, otherwise everything would be loaded back to the same state it was before.

You don't have any Malware inside your phone and your device was not compromised through a remote attack. The Apple Account can be compromised when the Password is known by someone else or inadvertently given out through a phishing message. With Two Factor Authentication the verification code would also be needed.

So if someone was able to access your iCloud account then they can change the data on the iCloud website, such as deleting/adding photos or any other data that would then be synced back to your device. No access to your device is needed for this to happen, and the solution is to change your Apple Account password, so they cannot continue and access your data.

Probably you not see it bc is very small like was entry to the iPhone like a airdrop , so I was confuse in the begging after I found a lot of more prove direct in my file in the computer , any ways do you think if I do do the reset full from factory , will deleted my files in my section or if I do reinstall deleted all related to that scam people , I did a deep clean in the console , but they left a lot of scripts than was interacting from api calls direct with cloudafre , plus other thinks than compromise mi wallet , so I m already expose them in reddit that is why they did this , I never expose my password plus I use my face or yobiko key , so not was a problem with my password at all but thanks a lot for your help
