FaceTime window not opening on M4 Max

Hello, I am having an issue whenever I facetime call someone on my m4 max laptop the call pops up in menu bar but if I press the app in dock nothing happens, and even if I go in facetime menu bar settings like "video" and do some stuff nothing happens (aka the full facetime window doesn't pop up) also full screen in video menu bar for the app is greyed out too.

Help is appreciated.
