Sorry to hear it, I wonder if you could see that feature under "Add a recipient"? The functionality is available on the Zelle and Goldman Sachs sides, so it is in fact supported, but unfortunately banks don't all implement Zelle in the the same way. It works on TD for example (I initiated a transfer last night after hours and it arrived in Apple Savings this morning).
Here's the guidance I was hoping to share:
-- You CANNOT zelle to email or phone number
-- You CAN zelle to your Apple Savings Routing/Account Numbers**
**If your specific bank supports the "by Account Number" option in their zelle configuration.
