Payment method wont let me re-add my previous method it keeps saying "The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time"
Hi, I’m reaching out because I received a billing problem notice last Friday for my Apple Music subscription, and I want to ask why the system keeps showing the message “The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time” whenever I try to renew my payment method using GCash. I tried removing and re-adding my payment method to fix the issue, and I even cancelled my subscription thinking it would help, but the same error still appears and my GCash payment method can no longer be added. Could you help me understand why the system won’t accept it and how I can restore my payment method so I can reactivate my Apple Music subscription? Thank you.
