How to re-enable Apple Watch Sleep Score notification after turning it off?

Hi everyone,

After updating to iOS 26.1 and watchOS 26.1, I started getting the new Sleep Score notification on my Apple Watch every morning, which shows my sleep score and a short summary.

Today I accidentally tapped “Turn Off Notifications” on that notification on my Apple Watch. Since then, I no longer receive the Sleep Score card in the morning.

I’ve already checked:

– Watch app on iPhone → My Watch → Notifications (Sleep / Health)

– iPhone Settings → Notifications → Health / Sleep

Notifications are allowed there, but the Sleep Score notification still doesn’t appear.

Is there a specific setting or path to turn the Sleep Score notification back on for Apple Watch after you tap “Turn Off Notifications” on the watch itself?

Thanks in advance!

Did you check the settings in your Sleep Focus -> Full Schedule & Options -> Additional Details -> Sleep Results -> enabled?
