Help, Sony Earbuds WF-1000XM5 issues with iPod Touch 5th Generation, Connection & Playback sound issues
I apologize in advance for the sideways videos I recorded
I am having a difficult time getting my Sony Earbuds WF-1000XM5 to work normally with my iPod Touch 5th Generation every time I want to use them together
The issues are;
They automatically connect, then disconnect right away, then loop till it stays disconnected

Sometimes flashes "This accessory is not supported by this iPod touch", does not stay long enough for me to confirm or read what it says

There are times I touch it to connect, it does what I mentioned above, or it says connected, but only plays sound through the iPod touch, not the earbuds or rarely connects & works normally
If it says connected, but only plays sound through the iPod touch, not the earbuds, it will not let me switch the playback device to the iPod touch in the Sony's Sound Connect app, but will let me switch when the earbuds work normally

I have to keep tapping it to connect till it works normally, I have to repeat the tapping process whenever I put on my earbuds or need it on my phone, then want to go back to my iPod
I want to emphasize that when I first started using the earbuds, it worked between my Android Phone and my iPod Touch seamlessly, smoothly & normally, as it should, but out of nowhere it started having these problems, works perfectly fine on my Android Phone
Tried;
Only having the iPod Touch and earbuds on, no other Bluetooth devices
Powering off and then powering on the iPod Touch
Re-pairing
Connecting to the iPod Touch in Sony's Sound Connect app
Switch between LDAC and AAC
I have Googled for a solution, but have not found any
