BritBox subscription via Apple TV not showing all episodes

I am a paying subscriber of BritBox, by the way of AppleTV. Have been viewing the series Silent Witness, all from the first to the 28th season, the 8th episode. Trying to see the last two episodes of the whole series, I am blocked and supposed to subscribe to another BritBox. This is a joke or a scam ?


it would be fair to know, from the beginning, what is accessible and what is not when we subscribe. I don’t even know if I would have access to the final 2 episodes, changing my subscription from AppleTV to the BritBox app because I tried that, when the whole 28th season was not available from AppleTV : I subscribed to BritBox directly, to finally understand that I would have to subscribe to a Plus version to have access. I decided to come back to the Apple TV version of BB and wait for the 28th season to be available, screening the numerous season I haven’t seen.

if you are trying to view from the appletv app


then if it was me then I would try to use the britbox app itself

and maybe try to see if it is the case from the britbox app on a computer or the likes or using a browser if that is something britbox supports


and maybe reach out to britbox (bbc I assume) or if they do not develop the app themselves then whoever they have making

you can try to reach out to their support channels to have them stop it
