Personal Voice not playing audio on iPhone 12 with iOS 26.1

Personal Voice Not working

Whenever i use it through the live speech it just plays and I’m not able to hear it. It changes rapidly from Start to playing to Start quickly with no voice, I’m on ios 26.1 iPhone 12. I have had the same issue with shortcut voice not playing and was fixed by asking Siri to increase volume. Even in voice preview it doesn’t play anything.Please Help!
