How to fix or replace MacBook with pink screen, memory deletion, and lags?

I having MacBook Air m1 , I bought it last year 2024 in dussara amazon seals . this Mac book is started showing pink screen suddenly. at starting I thought that this is a software glitch . after few operating system updates . I was gone again it started to appear again what should I do. I doesn't also have some command in terminal . I saw commands in YouTube they were not installed in this MacBook .suddenly the memory started deleting by it self and I also started observing lags in MacBook. I thought that this will solved in os updates but the problem is not again . please help me to fix or replace my MacBook .
