Left Powerbeats Pro randomly shuts down with high battery

PowerBeats Pro shutting down with battery

When using my Powerbeats Pro, the left earpiece shuts down randomly, even if it shows more than 95% battery on my Android. This only happens with the left one, the right one works normally.

Wondering which of the various possible reasons why this may occur is the cause in your case.

Eg: Bluetooth connection (try tutning off and back on): software bug: (update all) : charging case (try reset)

You may need to try different trouble-shooting mehods to try to uncover what is causing the issue.

You could maybe keep testing whether any of the suggestions below can help, as you go through them.

Keeping the OS updated on the Android device, and the Beats firmware also up-to-date is a good practice.

You can check your Beats firmware version if you have access to iPhone, iPad or Mac.

On Android devices, updates are made available in the Beats app.

Update Beats - Apple Support

Perhaps you use the Beats app for pairing: Beats app for Android at a glance - Apple Support or want to try it.

If you have Powerbeats Pro 2: having a good "seal" (fit) can prove helpfu)

You can test the fit for the best possible seal: Get the right fit with your Beats earphones - Apple Support

Resetting can often restore order : Reset Beats - Apple Supportg:

Eg: for PowerBeats Pro 2 : says:

  1. "Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds (until the light flashes red and white), then release the button."
