This only happens with the left one, the right one works normally.
Wondering which of the various possible reasons why this may occur is the cause in your case.
Eg: Bluetooth connection (try tutning off and back on): software bug: (update all) : charging case (try reset)
You may need to try different trouble-shooting mehods to try to uncover what is causing the issue.
You could maybe keep testing whether any of the suggestions below can help, as you go through them.
Keeping the OS updated on the Android device, and the Beats firmware also up-to-date is a good practice.
You can check your Beats firmware version if you have access to iPhone, iPad or Mac.
On Android devices, updates are made available in the Beats app.

Eg: Maybe there's an app update to install, so that th app remans compatible with your Android device.
