MDM profiles not installing on iPad Air 2 and iPad 4th gen

iPAD Air 2 and ipad 4th gen MDM profile not installing. Mosyle said, "Upon reviewing your device we can see that they are iPads Air 2 model, and this is a known issue for this model of iPads. We currently have an Enterprise Case with Apple (#102603857108) concerning older iPads not enrolling. We've also followed up on our case as the last update we received from the Apple Enterprise Support Engineer on June 2 stated: "I have reported the behavior and we have received other reports of this issue occurring. Our teams are now actively investigating the behavior.""
