If you have proof of purchase, contact the official Apple Support, they can disable the Activation Lock for you.

Read the requirements and steps for an Activation Lock support request at: https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support I do not know how well your post has translated. If you mean Lost Mode has been set, Apple will not reset the device. Unfortunately you are looking at purchasing a replacement.
