Hello people at Apple, I've been trying to set up my Visa debit card and pay for some stuff. It said to complete a form to fully set it up, so of course I did, but when I filled out everything. It said "Form not complete." I looked at the form again, and no red arrow, nothing. I would appreciate you people could help! (Screenshots are provided below, this is an 15.8.5 IPad Air 2)

The "storefront" sentence implies your cards may not be acceptable in the country to which your Apple Account is set. The easiest solution is to make sure you are using a card issued from the same country as that to which your account is set. Your home address and billing address need to be identical.
