Unable to add card to Apple Pay, form error

Issues been resolved by getting a new phone. May future people receive better help/advice in the future, and not just idiot boomers reading what they want to read and nothing else.

As I stated I just put in random fake information to show that I had used all the required fields and so that the -actual- problem could be seen.

The actual expiration date of my card is irrelevant as is the actual information of my card and identity as the problem is with the fields not registering as being filled out.

Are you genuinely an idiot or are you just being obtuse?

"I fill out the ENTIRE form correctly, I click done and it says I haven't filled out the entire form.

Other then the "optional" second line for the address I don't know what I'm missing.

SO LET ME PUT THIS IN CAPS FOR YOU TO READ MY ACTUAL PROBLEM SINCE YOU STRUGGLE WITH COMPREHENSION.

I PUT IN MY ACTUAL INFORMATION, USING EVERY FIELD, THE FIELDS I PUT FAKE INFORMATION INTO TO SHOW THAT I USED IN CASE I MISSED ONE, AND I STILL RECEIVED THE ERROR. USING MY REAL INFORMATION. THE FAKE INFORMATION IS NOT WHAT WAS SUBMITTED, IT IS NOT WHAT GAVE ME THE ERROR MESSAGE. AGAIN THE FAKE INFORMATION WAS A PLACEHOLDER TO SHOW THAT I USED EVERY FIELD AND STILL RECEIVED THE "MISSING FIELD" ERROR.
