How does Apple calculate sales tax for apps?

I have an app coming out soon. It will be an ADVERTISING app for FOOD SUPPLYING BUSINESSES worldwide. My question is. Will APPLE charge a user. Just STATE SALES TAX or STATE SALES TAX plus LOCAL/CITY/REGION SALES TAX?

For customers:

App sales are by region, so while you can have an app available on many country stores, it isn't "worldwide" as such. The applicable taxes as per region laws are applied. If you have the item for sale on the UK store then it get charged according to UK laws. In the USA things would get charged according to the applicable state, county and city laws where the purchaser is located.

The link in a previous post should provide guidelines from the business perspective.
