Notification appears with 4K Dolby Vision

When I enable 4k Dolby Vision, a notification bubble shows up in lower right corner of screen. When I switch it to 1080p, the notification bubble is not there.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18

tvOS notifications would appear in the upper right corner of the screen, and the surrounding box would have rounded corners.

Could it be that your TV overlays a notification of its own?

If you are not experiencing any issues then just ignore the glitch. You could go through the trouble of resetting your Apple TV 4K to factory state and then restore everything but is it worth it for something like this?
