AppleTV not loading - stuck on loading screen

Trying to stream MLS Pass on AppleTV using my Google TV device and it's not loading. I've used this for months and it's been fine. Now that the playoffs are here it fails to load. I select the app and it gives me the white logo on the black background and it just stays there indefinitely until I kill the program. Any advice? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing else on my Google TV device has changed - all other apps work fine.

I tried to reach apple tv support but no matter what links I use it directs me to help documents and never gives me an option to reach a PERSON for help.
