Duplicate Song in Apple Music on PC

I had iTunes on my PC and ripped thousands of songs from CDs to my library. of course, I was forced to switch to Apple Music and I have since added more to my library. I now have four duplicates of most songs in my library, plus the one original song. All of that mess has transferred onto my iPhone as well. I have read thru similar situations in the community, but they say go to iTunes to fix it, but my library is no longer in iTunes. How do I get rid of the duplicates through Apple Music. Also when is Apple going to fix this absurd bug? They constantly fix all kinds of minor bugs, and this is a major bug. I cant listen to my library on my PC or iPhone.
