Apple Cash keep getting compromised

My Apple Cash (Not Apple card) got hacked. Everyday multiple times I get fraudulent transactions from 'Tiktok for Business' or 'Tiktok Promote'. It is happening for last two months. I already tried multiple things:

1. Regenerated New Card Numbers of Apple Cash multiple times
2. Changed Apple ID password
3. Signedout of all devices and apps
4. Changed Device lock passcode
5. Called Green Dot for their help in reverting the transactions - But calling them every other day is not feasible.
6. I checked Apple Pay subscriptions and there is nothing

Fraudsters are able to withdraw even $1-$2 within few hours after it accumulates in Apple Cash from my apple card spending.

I am wondering what the fraudster got that is still enabling them to continue to withdraw from my Apple Cash even after changing card numbers. What other things I can try to stop this beside closing my Apple Cash account with Green Dot? Also, if I close Apple Cash, how will I get cashback from my Apple Card spending?
