I have IOS 10.15.7 why can't I download Chrome?

Google Chrome now requires macOS 12 or later.

You can install an earlier version of Brave: https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us/articles/18347246446733-Changes-to-macOS-desktop-browser-requirements
Read the whole thing so that you can determine how to do that — it will direct you to https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.80.125/
That version of Brave will work with Catalina.
