You'll need to activate the bundle from either the TV app or the Peacock App and then cancel the other stand alone subscription.
Do note, if you activate the bundle through Peacock, Apple TV content will appear in the Peacock App, but you won't see peacock content in the Apple TV app.
If you activate it on the TV App, you will see the Peacock content in the Peacock channel in the Apple TV app.
But you won't see content in the Peacock app.

The Bundle should appear in the Apple TV app main screen with a Bundle & Save button. Click it and follow the onscreen prompts.
