Activation Problem for T-Mobile subscription.

I have a new T-Mobile subscription that includes Apple TV but I have been unable to sign in properly so that I can watch Apple TV without paying for a subscription at $12.99 per month. I am presently on a "7 day free trial". What should I do? T-Mobile has not solved the issue for me.

Only T-Mobile can make this happen; they are making this offer. You have to redeem this offer with them, through your T-Mobile account settings, including supplying your Apple Account email, to which they can then link this bundled subscription service.

  1. For T-Mobile wireless customers, log into your account.
  2. Once verified, you’ll be redirected to create an account with Apple TV+.


You don’t have to cancel the current free trial. The subscription will be free of charge for the duration of the T-Mobile offer.

T-Mobile postpaid wireless consumers click here to log into your T-Mobile account and add your offer. Once you add your Apple TV+ On Us feature, you will be prompted to activate your subscription with Apple. If someone other than the Primary Account Holder attempts to redeem with Apple, Apple will send the Primary Account Holder a One-Time PIN for verification. If there is no Primary Account Holder designated on the account, the oldest phone number will become the designated phone number.

I’m already on a free trial for Apple TV+, will I lose my settings or content if I take advantage of this promotion?
No. Because your Apple ID stays the same, all settings and history continue and are not impacted by taking advantage of this offer.

Apple does provide some tips to help, but resolution for the free subscription not appearing for you will have to come from your cell provider to link your Apple Account. If you started a subscription through Apple and are on the 7 day free trial, you will be billed for that service if you do not cancel.
