Apple Watch Home App Broken

Just upgraded to an Apple Watch Ultra 3 and a 17 Pro Max, after set up my Home app is empty on my watch. I’ve seen it’s been a problem on and off over the years, I’ve tried every fix people have used but nothing has helped. The Home app keeps telling me to set up a home up on my phone. I’ve tried a reset, reboot with WiFi/Bluetooth turned off, changing my Home name on my phone etc nothing seems to fix it.
