Apple instructed me to I did then refund denied twice
I purchased YouTube Music Premium by mistake, thinking it was YouTube Premium. Apple Support’s own instructions told me to cancel and repurchase, which resulted in an accidental subscription charge. The automated refund system denied it twice, and two advisors told me the case could not be escalated further. This is an error caused by Apple’s guidance, and I am requesting a one-time courtesy refund. Please review manually
