Unable to complete in-app purchases in Diablo Immortal
When attempting to buy content through the in game Shop in the game Diablo Immortal I get the error.
"Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple dot com/support/itunes/ww."
and then
"Something went wrong during the unlock process. Restarting the game may resolve the issue. (Error code:SKErrorDomain An unknown error occured)."
This is the only app this error occurs in for me on my iPad. It also occurs on my iPhone 15 Pro running the same OS so it appears to be an Apple issue with my account and the game.
I can purchase anything - any other app - from the iOS App Store and in game content on other games like Marvel Puzzle Quest and other apps so this is ONLY occuring with the game Diablo Immortal. My credit cards have $$ on them. Apple Pay set up correctly. I have funds in my apple account so it SHOULD work. I have an iPad Pro 11" 3rd Generation running iOS 26.1 and the game is running at the latest version.
