Apple Business Manager account Indonesia

I created an Apple Business Manager (ABM) account, but Indonesia is not listed as a region, so I selected Singapore instead.

Can I complete the verification manually via email, or do I need to obtain a D-U-N-S Number from Dun & Bradstreet Singapore?
