downloading icloud photos to pc

I am attempting to download some 500+ photos from an icloud album...doing so by down loading in quantity of 30 or so and ofcourse a zip file is created. Not only is it tedious to extract all these zip files the pictures are not in the correct sequential order. There must be a better way.
