Loss of iTunes Library Items:

So, whatever happened to this Mac? For a location to have changed, the Apple Account have to have been zeroed-out, and then changed to a different country/region. So, did you ever change your country/region in the past? As a result, it is not accessible from your Apple Account. Once you change the location/region of the Apple Account, then the items never become accessible again. It is something you would have agreed to, upon opening an Apple Account.

Securing Your Account:

Verify All Devices Using your Apple ID:

You can verify all the devices that are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support. You wont be able to determine the platform nor view the activity.

Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

I have the exact same problem and I have not subscribed to Apple Music. I’m not sure what iTunes Match is.
