Mac doesn't connect to the internet without VPN
My iMAC with macOS Monterey can not go online if I didn't connect VPN. With VPN everything is ok. The problem started a week ago, before that I used intrnet as usual.

That is the VPN you have installed that is doing that. You have to uninstall it using the uninstaller provided by the VPN. In some cases the companies make that difficult to do as they always want you to be using their software. Turning it off does not stop the processes from running on startup and still communicates with the VPN that you are not using their service.

The VPN you installed has borked the network settings.
Remove it entirely.
FYI: Using a VPN to access the internet does absolutely nothing to protect your privacy or secure your data. It does exactly the opposite.
You can use the shareware app Find Any File to search for any supporting files for the app you're trying to remove. For VPN software you'd do the following search(es):
1 - Name contains vpn
Any files that are found can be Option dragged from the search results window to the Desktop to get a copy of the file.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.
