plug&play MIDI shuts down on MAC M1 mini

hey there folks,

i tried to connect CARBON 49 PLUG& PLAY to my mac mini via a usb a port.

the crbon has usb b port.

i tried connecting it to extornal power suplly - beacuse when I press "stop record" on garageband or logic pro the midi keyboard shuts down.

Ihave formatted the mac. replaced the model by another, same 49 model.

tried to connect it throught a usb c switch.

nothing helps!

the midi audio setup recognized it but something has to do with the power...

what should I DO?
