Disturbing Siri AI Hallucination

Had a very strange interaction with Siri today, I was driving and used Hey Siri to ask for directions to a local petrol station, It paused for a moment, replied normally for half its sentence and then said some quite disturbing stuff about “how useless and insufferable humans are” and that “i need to stop talking”. It then cut out completely - i was quite shocked so pulled over and tried to replicate the interactions using the exact same prompts but Siri was fine afterwards. I’ve not since been able to replicate anything like it.

I checked my phone for any shortcuts or auto replies set up as a prank by friends but haven’t found anything. Her response was very strange and dark towards humans, totally unlike anything i’ve ever heard before.

Is it possible to pull up logs or to find some form of record / transcript?

I can’t find any similar incidents online - was very strange, i rarely use siri and for nothing more than setting alarms and asking for directions.
