How can you tell if a Mac store app is universal?

I just upgraded to an apple silicone Mac. Since rosetta 2 will be discontinued with MacOs 28, I am trying to avoid intel base apps. Does anyone know how to tell if an app is universal, apple silicone, or intel in the Mac App store before you buy the app? I don't want to waste my money buying an app that will stop working in 2 years.
