Airdrop not seeing 2 devices with same Apple ID
My wife has an iPad (which is the family iPad) and a iPhone both under her Apple ID. When I try to Airdrop I see only the phone, which had stoped me airdropping to the iPad , very frustrating.To fix this I went to my contacts and changed her phone number to something obscure , tried airdrop and it showed the 2 devices. Happy Days. Seems that Airdrop can’t handle 2 devices with same number. It’s taken me 2 years to solve this with no help from Apple or anyone else. Hope this helps others
