Dead bug inside my Screen

Hello, Sir/Madam, Namaste

Recently, I noticed that a small insect has somehow entered inside my laptop display and is now trapped between the screen layers. It is clearly visible when the display is on, and it affects the viewing experience.

When I took the laptop to an authorised Apple Service Provider, they advised me that the entire display assembly needs to be replaced at an estimated cost of around ₹40,000. However, I find this issue quite surprising, as I have always kept my MacBook in a clean indoor environment and handled it with utmost care. It seems to be a design-related issue that allowed the bug to enter the sealed display unit.

My warranty has expired only a few months ago, and the laptop is otherwise in perfect condition. Therefore, I kindly request your consideration for a goodwill repaire, as I am a loyal Apple customer and believe in the quality of your products and service.

I would be grateful if you could forward this request to the concerned department or service escalation team for review. I am attaching clear photos of the issue for your reference.
