Apple audiobook gift not working
Hello, last month I bought, mistakenly twice due to unclarity in the purchase process communication, two times the same book. I submitted a claim to get the refund of one of them, which I received. Now, the receiver is not able to use the gift code of the book. I have tried resending it, but doesn’t work, she gets an email but clicking on the code doesn’t do anything. I have submitted a quality claim but have no answer from Apple. I cannot see now the book available for submitting further claims. I would like to get the second copy refunded, so I can buy the book again from fresh, as this is not working at all. Is there any other way how I could get to Apple support to make this request?
