“unable to play there’s a problem playing this video”

We were watching a video on Apple TV and it suddenly stopped - when trying to start any video it now says “unable to play there’s a problem playing this video”.

Ali our other streaming platforms are working fine.

Deleted and reinstalled Apple TV app on Roku.

Followed a range of trouble shooting measures and still no videos will play.

I searched for an Apple outage and couldn’t find any.

I'm guessing this is an Apple server issue or related problem.

Is anyone else having this issue?
