I purchased a Season Pass for The Challenge season 41, each Thursday the newest episode would be available after the show aired on Wednesday. This week when I go to play the episode (episode 15) Apple TV is prompting me to open the episode in Hulu, Fubo, etc... all of which I don't have subscriptions for. Can anyone help me regain access? I feel like I need to reset my season pass somehow.

Yep, that happens from time to time where it does get delayed for other shows as well. Apple TV did have an outage yesterday that may have been a contributing factor or it may help to contact Apple directly.

According to that thread, attempts to get Apple Support to take action have been unsuccessful. Note: This episode has been available on Amazon since yesterday, so the content provider has released it.
The episode may not yet be provided in the pass by the content owner. Or, you have downloaded all episodes included in the season pass.
That wouldn't be it, the show isn't over yet and my friend has the same season pass and has access to the episode. I recently activated a reward from Chase Rewards that covers the cost of Apple TV+ and since then I haven't been able to access the newest episode.

Quick Update: I just received the notification that the episode is available. I haven’t checked yet but that’s an encouraging sign.
