Voice Control Dictation Mode not recognizing commands

I can dictate using Voice Control, but when I ask "Select [text]" or "Correct [text]" I get "[text] not found!" This is the issue on my desktop and my MacBook with Tahoe 26.0.1 and I'm using the built in mic, Air Pods, and a USB microphone.
