iPhone Artwork - Windows - Right Artwork In Song Info But Display Is Wrong

I've tried editing, deleting, re-adding, re-booting, etc and all of a sudden I show the wrong artwork but the files from Windows 10 which has the right artwork before I pull them over to the iPhone 14 ProMax is displaying artwork that is something different.

Would rather now remove the Music app and re-add. Any other suggestions/tips?
