Cannot make or answer FaceTime calls with LTE on iPhone

cannot make and answer FaceTime calls with lte. With Wi-Fi and with lte and vpn it works. Mobile operator tells that everything is ok with them, no restrictions.

Make sure that if you use any Google workspace apps or services that the Google equivalent of a half FaceTime half Zoom video meeting and video chat app Google Meet has not been automatically enabled as your phone’s default video chat app. This happened to me a few months ago after an iPhone update and I couldn’t figure it out until I realized that Google Meet had been enabled as the default video chat/meeting/call option and I just simply disabled Google Meet and reenabled FaceTime as the default video chat option.
