I can’t remove a crashed app from my ipad pro

This is how the app looks:

I have no idea witch app it was before I upgraded to IOS 26.

when I try to remove it by “-“ and remove app it doesn’t react and stays on the screen.

it also doesn’t appear in app listings so can’t be removed from there.

it’s just there, no function, no picture?

Is there another option to get rid of it?
