Unable to proceed past Parental Controls prompt on Apple TV in Windows 11

When I try to view any shows on Apple TV, it prompts me for my CVV on my credit card which I enter, then it put up a window about Parental Controls with a blue OK button. Neither clicking on the button or hitting enter does anything. I can't get past this prompt so I can't watch anything. I have tried on two computers in two different browsers and get the same results. All worked fine and I don't really now when this started as I haven't tried to view anything on Apple TV for awhile. I am using Apple TV on Windows 11 computers with both Chrome and Firefox.
