Charged twice a month for Apple TV due to two Apple IDs; seeking human support

Apple is charging me twice a month for Apple TV. I think it’s because I have two Apple IDs. There is no solution in the support process on their website. Has anyone found a way to get a human on the phone? I’ll take a chat also.

There is no positive identification required for an Apple Account and is simply an email address protected with a password you provide. It is certainly possible to start a subscription on each of those accounts and Apple has no idea that those accounts are actually being used by the same person or was not an intended action. You can also cancel the subscription from each of those accounts.

I think it’s because I have two Apple IDs.

Try signing in to the Apple TV+ website with one account, then sign out and try the other, just to confirm that the subscription works for both accounts.


To cancel the subscription from the unwanted account, sign in again with that account and then cancel there.
